Chain...we have it!

200' of 3/8" G4 or G43 (not sure which) chain. It's heavy and West Marine said boats starting at 80' should be using this chain. I guess we want to feel safe, considering our boat is half that size.

Filled up our first diesel tank, in fact, over filled it. Had to take some out and burn some. Not sure how we know when these tanks are full.

The only thing left is a tooth, doctor and sell 2 cars.

  3. We are in the engineering stage of trying to figure that out right now. I think we decided on painting it a different color with paint every 50 feet.

  5. Still working on putting chain into the locker under my bad (as Kevin calls is the "cleanest place" and "Marina's nest"). But we managed to mark the chain and used just 2 colors for marking, not suggested 4 colors as Kevin wanted, however the problem is that we already forgot what our "color legend" means ... we have a lot of such blackouts and I started putting all information on the computer, that might help later (if we will have power at time we need it).
